What’s the lead time?
The standard lead time is 14 days, however during high season the lead time may be approximately 30 days.
How to order a case?
To avoid any mistakes or misunderstandings, it is best to place the order by e-mail, in which the exact specification, invoice data and data for possible shipment should be included. In response, we send a pro-forma invoice based on which an advance payment should be made.
What is the confirmation of the order?
The confirmation of the order is an advance payment, unless otherwise agreed during the contact with our company.
Does BARCZAK CASES produce cases on individual order?
Yes, first of all our projects are individual orders for the needs of our customers.
How to order cases according to your needs?
The most important for us is that the case fits perfectly. The best solution is to hand us the equipment or have a meeting in-person to make accurate measurements by our employees. If none of these options is possible, the specifications and photos should be provided in the email.
How cases are shipped?
Case shipping is done via: DPD courier, Raben courier. Personal pickup is also possible.
Is it possible to buy cases without VAT invoices?
We issue VAT invoices only.
